Textile Manufacturing
Modoo Inc. operates with a robust and scalable supply chain, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality fabrics. Our dyeing capacities include exclusive sub-contracts for PA & PES (1 million meters per month with Jigger machines and 0.75 million meters per month with Rapid machines) and Cotton blended fabrics (0.5 million meters per month with Rapid machines and 0.5 million meters per month for wax and other finishes). Additionally, our lamination capacity, owned as a share-holder, includes Hot melt type (0.6 million meters per month) and Transfer type (0.4 million meters per month). Our coating capacities, also owned as a share-holder, include Dry type and Wet type (both 0.5 million meters per month). This extensive production capability allows us to meet high-volume orders while maintaining the quality and performance of our fabrics.

Our yarns—including virgin, recycled, and cotton—are sourced from leading global manufacturers, while all dye-house operations, coatings, and laminations are performed locally.
Textile Processing Capacities by Dyeing, Laminating & Coating

Print & Finishing Line
Integrated dry and wet treatments
The high‑volume finishing line supports both dry and wet coating processes (0.5 million meters/month each), combining calendering, embossing, and surface treatments. Inline printing stations, solvent recovery, and accurate tension control deliver advanced aesthetic effects and performance finishes without compromising fabric integrity.

Continuous Rapid Dyeers
Efficient high‑speed processing
The continuous rapid dyeing line (5 units) delivers 0.75 million meters monthly for PA/PES and a further 0.5 million meters for cotton‑blended fabrics via subcontracted units. These machines maintain constant fabric tension and dye liquor circulation to optimize throughput and reproducibility.

Precision Extrusion & Lamination
Versatile wet and hot‑melt coating
Our film extrusion and lamination system integrates both hot‑melt (2 units, 0.6 million meters/month) and transfer lamination (1 unit, 0.4 million meters/month). This dual configuration enables us to apply functional films and adhesives precisely, creating multi‑layer composites with tailored barrier and mechanical properties.
